Yes I have to start blogging again. But I decided I'm just gonna start livejournal. There's many stuff to do there anyway. When I have time, I will make that big move. For now, its just alot of editing in pictures

Confession of LYL

I CONFESS

#1 - The reason why I dun put dates on my blog is because I dun blog daily. I only blog like 2 weeks after events. So I end up with alot of stale entries, and when I get inspired I spam all in one go. So my dates are all wrong. Its to make you think I actually blog have time to blog O_O.

#2 - I already signed up for my driving but I'm scared I have no time for the exam. So I haven't booked a date.

#3 - I've no money left for the month of May & June

#4 - I've not been exercising for 3 months.

THERE... I said it! Now I can go live my life

New changes

ARE YOOOU MAD???

Okok, I can explain alright! I would love to just customize my own blog skin, but it is just too time consuming. So I decided to just get one. My idea was to have a blog skin that is deep... mature... and plain.

But I came across THIS skin, and I saw this bee. This bee is so spastic I just said to myself "HECK IT YANLIN! JUST USE THIS DAMN SKIN!!!". Ok I admit the bee is a little distracting, butbut but but but!!!

The bee's name is Waffles, the dog's name is Blackie and the snail is just gross so, his name will be Gross. I know, people say I'm very creative in making up names.

The entry space is so damn small, but for the sake of the bee, I'll accept it. Alright I'm going to sleep, and I have to stop sleeping so early morning/late. Gonna get sick again.

PS: NO RACHEL YOU CANNOT SLAP MY BEE =(

I realised that when I get excited talking to someone, like whom I never seen in a long time, I tend to talk really fast, really spastic, and I do jump talk.

jump talk? Yea, its a name I give to my insane random-ness. But I try to keep it at a minimum because people find it tiring to talk to me when I do that LOL!

A typical Yan Lin jump talk goes like this -

Me:"WAHHH!! Its been super loooong time laa!! LOL"

Fren:"YESSS!!! We must go out to eat ice cream one day"

Me:"YES! Like the one in holland V, when is your free day?"

Fren: "hmmm... *going through schedule in her head*

Me:And I heard there's like this guy in your class right! etc etc!

Fren: YESS! I know, X guy etc etc

Me: Btw the cakes in polar are awesome.

*ponder*

Okay this is a failed version of my jump-talk. But if you do speak to me one day and get all confused and bunched up with my jump talk, heh, pardon me.

It must mean I really looked forward to talking to you! LOL



Just the other day I met Andrew Yeo to finally pass him the Nougats, and collect my chocolates that he bought from switzerland.

Which I feel guilty about, because my policy is NOT TO TRUST ANDREW YEO TO DO NICE STUFF FOR YOU.

So I thought he wouldn't actually get me anything during his trip in Europe, but he did! And I got him a miserable piece of Nougat LOL!

Which melted and almost decayed, because we couldn't find a day to meet up. He doesn't wanna meet me at my place, and I don't wanna meet HIM at HIS place, so yea.

Plus we are both lazy and stubborn people.

*skeptical* Maybe he got this waffle from MUSTAFA or something LOLOL! but it looks real and it taste awesome.

Therefore, I shall say this, 'THANKS ANDREW!!!!! AND I WILL GET YOU SOMETHING MORE AWESOME THE NEXT TIME I TRAVEL OK?"

and thus I will go back to insulting him on facebook LOL.

The packaging is awesome too! Nice golden squares! AH... Chocolates make me sooo happy hahha.

I only have 12 pieces, so I'm gonna ration it till he goes over to Europe again, BWAHAHAHAH!!!


CAN YOU SEE THE THICK WAD OF CHOCOLATE BETWEEN THE WAFFLE?! It taste exactly like Ferrero Rocher.

I have 9 left. Oh no. giving 2 away. 7 left. SIGH!


Aside from the awesome chocolate waffles, the sad part of the day was when my M.A.C blusher fell apart! NUUUUUU!!!

It dropped, and it was like slow motion when I tried to catch it

"No...o..o....o...oooo.o.o...o.ooo..." Drops and splats. And everything fell apart.

Farewell my blusher, for you chose to commit suicide on this day. I will always remember you and as for now I have to use another one. SIGH



Mum came home with delectable cakes today, and not just any cakes, they are CUPCAKES! They are from this bakery in Kular Lumpur, malaysia.

Totally agree man, and the packaging was so nice!

The cupcake wasn't just Oh-so-boring kinda cupcake, it had CHOCOLATE OOZING FROM IT WITH EVERY BITE. Literally chocolate coming out from it, melted chocolate!!!!

I tried to take a picture but I guess you can't really see it. Took my 30 secs to finish this. It was so awesome, and I took another one immediately.

AHHHHH I love cupcakes!

Jo's bday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAR FRIEND JOANNA!!!



Heh heh, the two doos doos that planned and organized it LOL! It was a rough week, new classes and all, so I was really looking forward to this outing!

It was Joanna's birthday and the best part was that we were able to celebrate it on the day itelf. That busy girl took a train all the way from RP to Marina Square!

AHHHH!! BUFFET!!!! HAHAHA! We didn't go seoul garden, but we went to YUKI & YAKI something something restaurant. It is in Marina square.

I've always laughed the the name, but oh well, it was great as a meeting point an birthday celebration.

Oh the glorious food, and best! IT WAS JO'S BIRTHDAY!!!


Hahha poor Sarah, trying to eat with three Tauruses. See the char siew meet there, the lamb and the scallops. There's no beef in it!!!! NUUUU!! hahahha

Joanna is oldest among four of us, followed by me, bernice and Sarah. But when it comes to the kid status, it would be Joanna, as the biggest kid, followed by me, then bernice and the very practical Sarah HHAHHAH!!

Sarah feels like our mom mostly. And Joanna is the super prone to accident or might kill you accidentally kinda person HAHA! Like a little kid.

Bernice and Joanna. I know it looks like bio chemical eegs but it ain't, becaue they are ICE CREAM!!

FREE FLOW OF ICE CREAM AND YOU HAD TO MAK EIT YOURSELF!!!!

LOL! The free flow made me happy, but cooking it yourself is hard okay?! Too much work!!!
