Still scared... it's driving me crazy




Last night, I found it hard to sleep. I kept thinking of the creepy OCH that I had cold sweat and my heart was beating very fast. I didn't know what to do.

I thought of happy things, but my mind keeps going back to the same creepy image and feeling.

So....ARGH.. fine I did something really Band NERDY. I imagined playing Canon in D with the rest. So I went through all the long notes, the ryhtm. 1..2..3..4.. first noted F, then C and D.

After a while I calmed down and before I could get to the solo, I slept already! LOL!!

SO yea, gonna try that again tonight. Thats why I hate such creepy stuff, BUT I NEVER LEARN MY LESSONS.
